Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the ordering process, including quotes, order entry, and backorder management.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers and Sales on shipments, complaints, and product-related inquiries.
  • Monitor and resolve critical issues such as backorders, late deliveries, or damaged goods.
  • Provide operational support to the Sales team and coordinate customer-related matters with internal teams.
  • Communicate product updates or changes to customers.
  • Contribute to improvement projects, focusing on forecasting, stock levels, and transport arrangements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or supply chain roles, ideally in an international setting.
  • Proficiency in French (It’s a must) plus Dutch on a conversational level (Spanish is a plus)
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

  • A competitive monthly salary, dependent on experience (up to €3,000 for highly experienced candidates).
