Spanning 105 square meters over four floors, this home is flooded with natural light, thanks to large original church windows and three skylights. Step outside to a peaceful garden, bathed in morning sun, which seamlessly connects to a nearby city park.

The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a laundry room, and a convenient guest toilet. On the first floor, you'll find a versatile working space and a cozy living room with a comfy couch and a dedicated play area for kids—though we can easily remove all the kids' items if you'd prefer. The third floor offers a flexible space with a children's bedroom, which can also be converted into an office if desired.
