Description:
Hi,I (Rens), a third-year student, am looking for a subtenant while I’m on exchange from September 2025 to January 2026. I am renting out my room only for this 4-month period and not for a longer or shorter duration. My room will be rented furnished, with a bed, desk, office chair, wardrobe, shelving unit, and wall shelf.
I live with two good friends (20 y/o) in a prime location in Leiden. Less than a 10-minute bike ride from the city center, in Leiderdorp, you’ll find Zijldonk—an apartment complex for both young and old. The shopping center "De Kopermolen" is just a 3-minute walk away, and within 10 minutes on foot, you’ll find yourself in the beautiful polder landscape surrounding Leiden. It’s truly an ideal spot!
Our apartment is (mainly thanks to my housemate) very nicely and colorfully decorated, and there's plenty of space in our large living room to have guests over. It's important to mention that, despite all three of us being students, this is not your typical student house! Everything is neat and clean, and after last year's renovation, we now have a new kitchen, toilet, bathroom, and flooring. We also have a spacious east-facing balcony, perfect for enjoying the morning sun.
If you have any questions or are interested, send me a message! :)
