As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll handle key tasks that ensure smooth customer experiences and support our internal teams:
- Responding to client inquiries quickly and professionally.
- Creating quotations and processing sales orders efficiently.
- Supporting account managers and fostering communication between Sales and Service teams.
- Upselling products and services when opportunities arise.
- Managing contract renewals and ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements:
We’re seeking someone with:
- A hands-on attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role (preferred).
- A team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
- Fluency in French, English (speaking and writing) and Dutch (speaking).
Salary Benefits:

- Salary: €2,700–€3,500 gross per month (based on experience) + commission based on performance.
