Senior IT Manager (Infrastructure and Support)

The Senior IT Project Manager Infrastructure & Support key objective is to ensure the continuous operation of the IT technical and Cloud infrastructure, for the entire IDA organization. To manage the internal SLA's with the end users and the external SLA's with the suppliers.
You will be responsible for keeping the systems up to date with the latest technology and developments with our external parties as well as keeping the entire organization informed about possible security issues and provides proper training. He/she is responsible for managing the IT support desk in India and the Netherlands, executing IT technical tickets in a timely manner, and provide weekly KPI's to the IT Manager. In this role you are also involved and responsible for key IT Technical projects, takes the lead in project management and is responsible for in time and within budget executing and managing the projects. In your role as a manager you are always looking for improvements and structural changes that lead to more efficiency and / or costs reductions. You manage your department in such a way that regular returning issues, and company critical escalations are solved by root cause analysis and documentation which lead to a permanent solution.

Managing the support department efficiently and istaking care of escalationsofIT technical issues(workplace,networking, Cloud) Workingtogether with his/her team inTopdesk to register, follow up and distribute tickets
MonitoringTopdeskwith KPI'sto make sure that tickets are solved within the agreed SLA's
Workingwith IT vendor ticket systems toescalate if needed
Guiding, coaching and transferring knowledge to IT support employees
you will be supervising:
Organizing schedule of IT Support staff in such a way that availability is secured, also during vacations and sick leave.
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Pre-selecting possible candidates for IT support staff and discuss them with IT Manager
Training IT Support staff
you will be help with the system security:
Keepingsystems up to date
Makingsure that we keep a balance between security level and the working environment
Ensuringcompliance of the systems
Ensuringtogether with our external partners thatfirewallsand infrastructure security are always up to date
Workingclosely together withexternalmanaged security center operationsand follow uprecommendations
Comply to and executing changes provided by our security partners
you will be managing:
*Responsible for all ITprocesses of the IT infrastructureand Cloud operations
*Managingdaily operations of IT activities
*Professionalizingthe IT processes where necessary
*Creating and executingproper IT backup plans
*Provide weekly KPI's on Support,Projectsand Securityyou will be also :
Purchasing IT infrastructure, software andworkplace related accessories. ensure efficient availability
Advicesthe IT Manageron possible technical changesrequiredon Cloud, hardware,software in close cooperation and possible approval from external 3rdparties and the
Application Manager.
Oversees and facilitates installations together with 3rdparties.
Informs the IT Manager about IT technical developments that might be useful for IDA Coordinates rollout of software and hardware installations
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in Information Technology
* 5 years' experience in a similar role in an international environment
* Up-to-date knowledge of IT applications and hardware related to IT infrastructure
* Working experience with SLA contracts with different suppliers
* Experience and Microsoft certified with Azure environments
* Excellent project management and documenting skills
* Experience working with Helpdesk tools (preferably Topdesk)
* Verbal and written communication skills in English
* Project Management such as: Agile Scrum, IPMA, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma
* Middle Management leadership
