Digital Marketing Specialist (Amsterdam/40k-50k/English)

- Plan, conceptualise, develop and deliver the company's Digital Marketing Strategy & Platforms
- Coordinate and develop corporate infrastructural platforms, improving the customer experience as
well as internal stakeholders (such as Intranet, Extranet, Corporate Website) - Create, implement, and manage corporate digital communication channels, including ecampaigns, surveys, social media & video channels
- Evaluate channel performances through analytics to track and understand customers' journey and
customers' behaviour - Develop online and offline brand communications and campaigns to support the overall brand

- Assist brand strategy for EMEA (development of visual identity & brand book)

- Assist with ad hoc internal and external marketing requests
- Become the company's focal point for advising local branches on their social media spaces
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, marketing, numerate, or related area
- Relevant certifications are a plus
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with development & management of CMS systems (Magento, Drupal, Sitecore,WordPress)
- Design experience (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects)
- A strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, with the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution
- Unquestioned integrity & commitment level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - English required, any other European language is a plus
