SEA/PPC Specialist

- Effectively grow brand awareness for the company throughout the central European markets per established key KPIs and success metrics
- Grow & develop full funnel campaigning within paid traffic - main channels include paid search, shopping, display & paid social
- Develop & expand the company's current paid channel mix with new areas of opportunity
- Manage & optimise campaigns within platforms such as (but not limited to), Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook business manager, Pinterest & Amazon
- Continuously translate large amounts of campaign-related data into actionable insights
- Adopt and drive a test and learn approach throughout all channels
- Cooperate closely with other relevant key areas such as, E-commerce, marketing & content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Business, Marketing & Communications, Economics & Business Administration or similar.
- 0-3 years working experience and/or demonstrable knowledge in digital marketing or a similar role.
- You are data-driven & data-first and you have a proficient understanding of online marketing & web analytics.
- You understand the broad concept of brand awareness and know-how to measure it.
- You are a self-learner; you stay up to date on all current trends within online marketing & E-Commerce and you are eager to keep learning every day.
- Knowledge and understanding of Google ads & Facebook business manager is a requirement - Hands on experience is a plus.
- Experience or knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus.
- Excellent command of the English and Dutch language. Any additional European language is a plus.
