Technical IT Support

In this position you support the software product in a Microsoft Azure environment. You get to work with the latest Microsoft and Operating System technologies, you work with SQL Server, Active Directory, Internet Information Services, Windows Server and with various 3rd party tools to troubleshoot 1st, 2nd, 3rd line technical problems for clients. Furthermore, you will write queries and scripting using SQL and Powershell.

Requirements:

• You have completed MBO/HBO training, for example forensic ICT or Computer Science or comparable level of work and thinking
• You have good communication skills in Dutch and English
• You have a hands-on mentality and are stress resistant
• Customers come first for you
• You have knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems; Windows Server; Internet Information Server, MS SQL Server fundamentals, MS Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Windows Sysinternals tools and IT infrastructure
• You have basic Basic Scripting/coding experience in Power Shell / Command Line
