German speaking Customer Success Manager

Join a dynamic and innovative team dedicated to redefining hotel operations through an hotel management solution. Our client is looking for a German speaking Customer Success Manager to support customers in the DACH market and join their office in either Lisbon, Breda, Ghent or remotely from Germany
Your responsibilities will include:
- Being the point of contact for customers cultivating trust and strong relationships
- Providing expert advice on products tailored to customers' business needs, maximizing sales opportunities
- Optimizing hoteliers' experiences through feedback and usage data
- Training and empowering hoteliers' to maximise products
- Supporting with customer retention strategies
About you:
You are a highly motivated individual with a passion for customer success. You excel in communication and relationship-building, and you are not afraid to upsell. You thrive in a high-tech, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and have strong prioritisation abilities. In this full-time position you will join a multicultural office and have the chance to work fully remotely from Germany or, once a week from home for the other location (Lisbon, Ghent and Breda)
Profile:
- Fluent in German and English (C1 level) both written and spoken
- 2+ years experience in similar role, hotel sales or SaaS experience is preferable
- Patient, empathetic and natural in communication
- Available to start in Lisbon/Valencia/Breda/Gent or remotely from Germany
