Description:
The room for rent is 12m2 and comes furnished with a double bed. It is located on the first floor of a modern 105m2 apartment and has access to a balcony. The apartment is spread over two floors, with the owner living on the ground floor. On the same floor as the rented room, there is also a second toilet and the shared bathroom. You’ll have access to the shared kitchen and dining area. The apartment is clean and well-maintained, and I’m looking for a tenant who values cleanliness, is tidy, and keeps a daytime schedule, as I work during the day and need restful nights.
