Finance Business Partner (Freelance)

Looking for a freelance Finance Business Partner for an international FMCG company.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in multinational companies. You will bring expertise in financial and business planning, finance automation, and finance process improvements.

• Advanced in Power BI and other BI tools to build dashboards for data analysis and reporting;




• Lead process improvement and simplification initiatives;




• Design forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and financial modeling;




• Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights;




• Utilize advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting;




• Implement business intelligence solutions to support decision-making processes;




• Leverage advanced use of Microsoft Office for various tasks;




• Train and supervise personnel to ensure high performance and development.

This assignment is temporary for 3 months and will start immediately. We can offer an hourly rate between € 95 and € 105 per hr all in excluding VAT, depending on the knowledge and experience you bring with you.

* Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner in a multinational company;
* Expertise in financial and business planning, business development, and commercial strategy;
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of delivering results and surpassing objectives;
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
* Proficiency in Power BI and other BI tools;
* Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
* Experience in process improvement and simplification;
* Ability to present clear financial insights to senior management and the Board of Directors;
* Self-starter with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
