Regional Operations Associate

We are seeking a Regional Operations Senior Associate to support the lifecycle management and operational excellence of our client's product portfolio in the EMEA region. This role bridges key stakeholders across Commercial, Regulatory, and Global Supply Chain teams to ensure timely, efficient, and compliant delivery of medicines to patients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support or independently manage product lifecycle changes, launches, and regional variations.
• Maintain the Regional Variation Master Plan by engaging with Regulatory Affairs and other stakeholders.
• Perform labeling assessments, manage specialized shipping, and ensure accurate documentation for production handovers.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes, facilitate data collection, and lead small improvement projects.
• Act as a liaison between Supply Chain, Operations, Regulatory, and Marketing teams.
• Oversee master data requests and execute registration sample or product demo requests.
• Assist with business case preparation, impact assessments, and customer-focused initiatives.

Requirements:

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in supply chain.
• Background in pharmaceuticals is a plus.
• Strong communication and facilitation abilities.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in managing multi-disciplinary projects and change management.
• Customer-focused with an action-oriented and results-driven approach.
