Financial Controller | Italian or Spanish or Turkish

On behalf of our client, a multinational corporation within industrial technologies with over 20,000 employees worldwide, we are looking for a Financial Controller with prior accounting and controlling experience, and great knowledge of reporting tools/ processes.  This is a hybrid and full-time role based in Rotterdam and reports to the Accounting and Controlling Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for multiple countries, including HQ reporting packages
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
• Manage full country accounting and ensure tax compliance
• Act as the primary point of contact for auditors and consultants
• Report on actual financial movements

Key Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience in an international company, with preference for Shared Services exposure
• Professional fluency in English AND either Italian,Turkish or Spanish
• Higher education in accounting or finance, along with relevant certifications (e.g., ACCA, CMA, CPA)
• Experience in MS Dynamics would be a plus
• Strong communication skills to foster a collaborative environment
