As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll empower clients to reduce food waste using cutting-edge technology and personalized guidance, all while contributing to a greener future.

What’s on your plate?

As a trusted consultant for clients in the German market, you’ll:

  • Analyze food waste patterns in hotels, restaurants, and other locations
  • Provide actionable insights to help clients achieve their sustainability goals
  • Build long-term partnerships with key stakeholders like Head Chefs, F&B Managers, and GMs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize and enhance product offerings

What you bring to the table:

  • Relevant work experience, preferably in hospitality, sustainability, tech, or food sectors
  • Fluency in German and English (bonus points for additional languages)
  • A passion for sustainability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
