As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll empower clients to reduce food waste using cutting-edge technology and personalized guidance, all while contributing to a greener future.
What’s on your plate?
As a trusted consultant for clients in the German market, you’ll:
- Analyze food waste patterns in hotels, restaurants, and other locations
- Provide actionable insights to help clients achieve their sustainability goals
- Build long-term partnerships with key stakeholders like Head Chefs, F&B Managers, and GMs
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize and enhance product offerings
What you bring to the table:
- Relevant work experience, preferably in hospitality, sustainability, tech, or food sectors
- Fluency in German and English (bonus points for additional languages)
- A passion for sustainability and a proactive approach to problem-solving

- Competitive salary: €3,000–€3,900 (based on experience)
