Legal Advisor

A dynamic organization is seeking a qualified Legal Advisor to join its team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive legal support and guidance, ensuring the organization operates in full compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Advising on corporate legal matters, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Representing the organization in legal proceedings and liaising with external legal counsel when necessary.
• Conducting legal research and staying updated on changes in legislation that may impact the organization.
• Collaborating with various departments to provide legal insights that align with business objectives.

Requirements:

• A degree in Law, Business administration, or equivalent legal qualification.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and other related applications.
• Minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in legal operations, compliance, or a comparable role within a globally oriented organization.
• Solid grasp of GDPR and data protection regulations.
• You have worked in the Netherlands or studied in the Netherlands so you are familiar with legal regulations.
• You have a valid working permit
