Current residents are 1nd and 3rd year students from Belgium, Germany and the Ukraine. The apartment is close to the city centre, supermarkets, metro and central station.The cozy private bedroom is 9.5 m2 and is furnished with a bed, desk and built-in wardrobe. You can decorate the room to your own liking, adjustments such as painting the walls and hanging things are no problem. Kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared. Price per month is 435 euros incl. G/W/E and internet.
The apartment is a bit outdated and there are plans to renovate it, but when is unclear at the moment. It could take years due to permits and the monumental status of the apartment. The residents will be notified about the renovation at least 3 months in advance.
