You will join the People & Culture team and can work on projects while working alongside the team to gain practical work experience. Our P&C teamOur P&C team promotes engagement and performance. We focus on all elements of HR and Culture, including Learning and Development, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Office Management and Employee Experience. What you will be doing:You will work alongside with our P&C team to gain work experience in:
- Supporting the recruitment process from job design to onboarding
- Supporting the rollout of new initiatives and policies to improve employee experience
- Assisting with HR organizing and coordinating various HR events, such as job fairs and employee engagement activities
- Providing support on the essential HR & Office operations and administration, for example, on the onboarding and contract process, answering questions from the HR Inbox
- Participating in team projects and ad-hoc requests
- Supporting the collection, analysis, and reporting of HR data to provide actionable insights into employee engagement, recruitment effectiveness, and other HR metrics
- Conducting research and providing recommendations on trends in HR analytics to support our practices
We will be open to discussing if you have a specific project to complete as part of your studies. Skills and mindset:
- You are a Bachelor’s or Master's student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field
- Previous (internship) experience in HR, recruitment, or related field is beneficial
- Interest or experience in HR analytics, data reporting, or related fields is beneficial
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work efficiently in an active environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- English language, Dutch is good to know
