Our client is seeking a talented Onsite IT Support Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will provide top-notch technical support directly at their clients' locations, playing a crucial role in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide range of issues with hardware, software, and operating systems
  • Operate independently or as a key member of a collaborative team
  • Install, upgrade, and support end-user workspace hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and video/conference equipment
  • Analyze and resolve errors, maintain hardware, install/remove workstations, configure new software (IMACD), and manage user accounts via Active Directory
  • Deploy software and operating systems using SCCM or other deployment technologies
  • Document your problem-solving approach and resolutions in a ticketing system
  • Manage IT assets effectively and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with onsite support and ticketing systems
  • Proficiency in Windows and a variety of software applications
  • Expertise in Managed Print Service (MPS), and configuration of mobile phones (Apple and Android) using MS Intune and MS Office 365
  • Bilingual fluency in Dutch and English
  • Strong customer-oriented approach
