As a Logistics Manager, you will oversee supply chain operations to ensure efficient management of suppliers, cold chain processes, and warehousing. This role requires expertise in project management, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration to drive operational excellence and achieve results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate service level agreements to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee logistics operations, including cold chain management, warehousing, and supply chain processes.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes.
- Analyze logistics data and provide actionable insights to optimize supply chain operations.
- Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP regulations and industry standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements using operational excellence tools.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships across departments and geographies.
Requirements:
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Change Management.
- 5+ years of experience in the logistics industry, including supplier management and cold chain expertise.
- Proven experience in project management and process improvement.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of GMP/GDP regulations and six sigma methodologies.
- Familiarity with SAP and BW systems.
