Account Support Coordinator | Italian

As a Account Support Coordinator you coordinate daily with your colleagues in sales, purchasing, and logistics. Your role revolves around the administrative side of the sales and order process.
Some of your tasks and responsibilities include:
- Reviewing orders for completeness and flagging deviations;
- Coordinating orders with sales;
- Proper administrative processing of orders in the systems;
- Following up on outstanding orders;
- Ad-hoc
- Being the contact person for your customers
- tasks for your sales colleagues and customers, such as sending product information or checking inventory
Requirements:
What is expected from you:
- Good knowledge of Ms Office (Excel) and ERP/ CRM systems
- Preferably, you have a few years of experience in a commercial or service-oriented environment;
- You are open, enthusiastic, service-oriented, and assertive, decisive, and come up with solutions;
- You speak English fluently, and additionally, you speak Italian at a business level.
- This position will take place from the office.
- You live near Eindhoven

The assortment consists of more than 20,000 products, including household goods, electronics, garden-, bicycle-, sports- and seasonal accessories, toys, tools, car- and truck accessories, and licensed articles.As a Account Support Coordinator you will be working for a large wholesaler in The Netherlands. They have a variety of non-food products that are all to be found in their showroom onsite.
