Project Manager | German Speaking

Do you speak German at a C2 level? Do you have a service-oriented mindset?
You will be responsible for preparing, supervising, and implementing projects in Germany. Additionally, you will ensure, together with the Account Manager, that the projects are carried out correctly and efficiently, so they are delivered to the customers on time. With your hands-on mentality and structured way of working, you will master the extensive range of tasks in no time!
The focus of this position is on customer contact and various organizational tasks in a rapidly growing and dynamic company.
Your daily tasks include:
Supporting and advising customers regarding possibilities, scope, and planning of furnishing projects.Creating and monitoring quotations and schedules.Conducting discussions with stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, installers, and transporters.Purchasing project items and project furniture.Setting priorities.Coordinating and monitoring the timely delivery and/or installation of products.Communicating project progress within the team.Closing projectsEvaluating and optimizing processes.Handling complaints and returns.Taking on additional administrative tasks in the back office.This diverse range of tasks requires a flexible and proactive attitude. Customer-oriented work is a top priority for us, and your role also includes building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.

Requirements:

You have a C2 level of German and you speak Dutch.Entrepreneurial mindset and approach.a Project Management background or similar is desirable Communication and interpersonal skills Commercially oriented, ambitious, customer- and solution-focused.You are analytically strong, innovative, and creative.You are a team player!

Salary Benefits:

This is a full time position. Eventually open to 32 hours, but working 40 hours per week are preferred.
