What You’ll Do: As a key member of the team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers, guiding them through their orders and ensuring they receive top-tier service.
You’ll:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, offering personalized support.
  • Help customers place, adjust, and complete their orders with care.
  • Draft tailor-made quotes and ensure they meet customer needs.
  • Address customer complaints with creative, solution-focused approaches.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Who You Are:

  • Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
  • Friendly, customer-focused, and commercially savvy.
  • Available for at least 32 hours per week.
