Administrative Sales Support

We are looking for a strong administrative sales support who knows how to plan and guide colleagues through the process of weekly sessions.

Who are you as a successful candidate for the Administrative Sales Support role

• You speak & write excellent English
• You are strong in administration and with already some proven experience
• You show ownership and you are capable to engage and guide the team through the administrative process of weekly sessions
• You are proactive, have excellent communication skills, and are good at monitoring and following upon the process
• Sales understanding is a plus

what will you do
The Administrative Sales Support will be responsible for:

• Create pay-out calculation files and do data quality checks against source data
• Create target setting data packs including data quality validation
• Database management & process improvement
• Manage and validate ticket eligibility
