We are currently partnered with a research association with over 11.000 members from over 130 countries that investigates consumer behavior, encourages discussions regarding new policies at events and provides market insights to leading companies around the globe.

For their Revenue Team, we are seeking a Key Account Executive to join their mission at their office in Amsterdam.

As Key Account Executive, you will drive the revenue and business growth of the association focusing on membership subscription models, global face-to-face events and a diverse online portfolio, including webinars and media.



Responsibilities:




  • Oversee high-priority client relationships and provide insightful analysis to inform key business decisions, allowing you to leave a lasting impact on the organization's growth and development.

  • Engage with diverse clients worldwide, addressing inquiries and converting interest into tangible business opportunities, thereby fostering both client retention and new revenue acquisition.

  • Analyze existing client portfolios to identify and capitalize on up sell opportunities, driving incremental growth and deepening strategic partnerships with key accounts.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with international clients through a mix of in-person and virtual meetings, enhancing collaboration and driving mutual success across global markets.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to co-develop innovative sales strategies, pricing frameworks, and access models that drive the organization's commercial success and revenue expansion.

  • Share your knowledge and best practices with colleagues to contribute to the collective success of the team, elevating overall performance and expertise.

  • Enhance your professional skill set through cross-functional collaboration with team members, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the organization's diverse service and product offerings.

  • Work in close alignment with the Revenue team and participate in cross-functional project teams, providing strategic input to inform decision-making processes that align with organizational objectives and drive business outcomes.




Requirements:




  • Outstanding communication skills in English, fluency in other languages is considered a strong plus to foster close relationships with international clients.

  • Pro-active mindset and a flexible approach to working that lets you incorporate the insights from others into your personal development.

  • Ability to identify a client's needs, pain points, and skilfully place the product offering to address them.

  • To quickly settle in and work autonomously, experience with CRM systems will be helpful.

  • Advantageous are experiences with either a membership-based business model or hosting and advertising for large scale events.
