- Lead and coordinate a team of 2 other support analysts.
- Be the SME for D365 related issues.
- Collaborate with employees across all European locations to assess current systems and organizational structures.
- Identify inefficiencies and potential bugs for resolution.
- Manage Master Data, including mass data updates, pricing uploads, and customer master data creation.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and synchronization across various system environments.
- Partner with internal and external development teams, along with clients, to design effective programming and software modifications.
- Integrate new software and hardware changes seamlessly into existing systems.
- Observe and identify current and potential system failures.
- Maintain a bug-free user experience consistently.
- Accurately document all technology developments for future client project utilization.
- Provide testing support for new system enhancements and project implementation.
- Document existing standards and processes to support the training and development of new employees.
- Investigate sales order issues related to the Order to Cash (OTC) process.
A great full-time permanent role in Alphen a/d Rijn (NL) or in Milton Keynes (UK), hybrid work is possible. The salary for this position will range between 4000-5000 EUR per month, depending on your education and seniority. Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience with D365.
* Experience with data quality and master data management.
* Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience with Order to Cash processes.
* Experience and knowledge of SAP is a big plus.
* Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure team success.
* Experience within the retail industry is a big plus.
* Analytically minded and methodical problem solver.
* Ability to travel (by land and air), both domestically and internationally, on occasion.
