Product Manager SAP

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager SAP to join our dynamic team. This role will be integral in collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and drive delivery of standard solutions within an SAP environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile methodologies and demonstrate a strong business acumen, particularly in financial and controlling processes.Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with business and technology partners to gather detailed requirements.
• Actively participate in creating features (Epics) and defining user stories.
• Provide ongoing clarification and updates to maintain a well-documented backlog in Jira.
• Work closely with cross-functional product teams to align on objectives and support mutual goals.
• Ensure delivery of standard solutions and capabilities within an SAP landscape, focusing on quality and consistency.
• Participate in regular meetings, stand-ups, and facilitation sessions to drive project progress.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to align with business priorities while ensuring technical integrity.
• Manage and maintain the product roadmap and backlog to reflect changing business needs and project demands.
• Demonstrate adaptability in a lean, agile environment, utilizing Kanban methodologies.
• Facilitate productive discussions, bringing together diverse stakeholders with varying objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in SAP environments (SAP ECC and S/4 HANA).
• Strong understanding of financial and controlling processes within SAP.
• Experience with agile delivery frameworks, specifically Kanban.
• High business acumen with the ability to quickly understand new business processes.
• Proficiency in Product Roadmap and Backlog Management.
• Excellent facilitation skills, with the ability to lead discussions among diverse stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to influence and engage business partners effectively.
• Experience with Jira for backlog management and tracking.

Salary Benefits:
