The Global QC Director is responsible for defining and implementing the Quality Control strategy across the organization. The role focuses on standardizing QC processes, ensuring efficiency, and delivering best-in-class quality standards across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  Lead QC Strategy: Develop and execute a long-term QC roadmap to improve quality performance, drive knowledge sharing, and align with business goals.

  Expert Guidance: Provide strategic advice to stakeholders on QC matters, influencing the development of QA, R&D, and technology strategies.

  Innovate & Improve: Translate emerging trends into actionable QC concepts, driving improvements across processes and functions.

  External Networking: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, research organizations, and regulatory bodies, to advance QC innovations.

  Team Development: Mentor and guide teams within QC, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

* Academic level with 10+ years in operational or quality management.

Quality Leadership:

* Proven experience in leading quality functions with strong knowledge of production and regulations.

*

Quality Control:

* Ability to manage quality control across locations, balancing high standards with business profitability.

*

GMP & Production Technology:

* Experience in applying Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and production technologies, especially in infant and toddler food.

Operational Excellence:

* Track record of driving operational improvements and managing change.

Collaboration & Communication:

* Strong team collaboration and communication skills.

People Management:

* Experience in managing and developing teams.

Strategic Leadership & Execution:

* Ability to build strategies, measure performance, and execute with precision.
