Trade Marketing Manager | English | 6-month contract

As a Trade Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in driving brand growth across multiple regions, focusing on both wholesale and trade marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute localized marketing strategies across key regions (Germany, Netherlands, UK, France, Italy, Spain), ensuring alignment with global objectives.
- Manage seasonal marketing plans, optimizing them for maximum impact to boost sales and brand recognition.
- Collaborate with distributor teams to create impactful marketing campaigns that resonate locally while adhering to the global brand strategy.
- Oversee the execution of marketing activations, ensuring consistency with brand standards across all platforms, including social media and digital channels.
- Manage marketing budgets, monitor campaign performance, and report on key metrics to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new distributor partners through comprehensive onboarding processes.
- Work closely with wholesale accounts, managing their marketing budgets and supporting sell-through strategies through innovative marketing activations.
- Coordinate closely with internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives and drive process improvements.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in marketing with a focus on wholesale or trade marketing.
- Footwear industry experience; candidates from the apparel industry will also be considered.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate within a cross-functional, matrix environment.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in budget management and marketing operations.
- Exceptional communication skills in English; fluency in other languages is a plus
