Our client is a leading global provider of visual solutions, known for their innovative display technologies and commitment to enhancing user experiences across various industries. With key locations worldwide, including offices in the United States, Taiwan, and Amsterdam, they continue to drive advancements in visual technology across the globe. We are recruiting for a highly motivated Technical Support Specialist, fluent in German, to join our client's team. In this role you will be providing expert pre-sales and after-sales technical support for hardware and software products across Europe. This position is integral in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective troubleshooting, both remotely and on-site, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware and software products via phone, email, and chat platforms, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.
- Document all technical issues and troubleshooting processes, ensuring accurate and thorough records.
- Escalate complex cases professionally, ensuring proactive follow-up until resolution.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, analyze issues, and research and implement the best solutions.
- Stay updated on product updates, system changes, and technical support procedures to provide accurate information to clients.
- Offer on-site technical support and supervision for installations and services across Europe, ensuring successful project completion.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical customer service or technical support for hardware or software products.
- Professional fluency in English and German with excellent speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Proven ability to quickly learn new hardware and software products to support end-users effectively.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to accurately understand and address client inquiries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team and across departments.
- Willingness to travel across Europe for on-site support and supervision of installations.
