Description:

Light and sunny, furnished classical and cozy. The balcony on the street side is faced east so you can drink your coffee in the rising sun. On the back side you can enjoy a glass of wine in the sunset! It’s located in a super lively and very popular street where neighbours, shop- and restaurant-owners know each other :-) It's such a nice area! Feel free to ask any question! [ps: looks slightly bigger due to wide angle lens]
De ruimte

Open plan kitchen with a balcony on the west, on the east the living-room with a smaller balcony. A small bathroom, a modest bedroom in the back and the guest room in the front of the house. As you might have suspected, I like antique. All the furniture I bought at the Amsterdam auction (Veilinghuis De Zwaan)

Preferring a minimum stay of 3-6 months, starting at the 1st of the month. These longer stays are only possible through a regular renting contract: the city of Amsterdam regulated renting out for tourism to a max of 30 days each year. Renting for a longer period of time can therefore unfortunately not all be arranged through this platform, but being the platform where you found this property I always try to book as much days as possible through here.

Welcome to my flat! :-) It’s not perfect, But.. clean, cosy and comfortable. If you’re only here for partying, don’t rent this place; the house has thin walls -like every house in this poorly build, but extremely popular area (de Pijp). I’m very lucky living between neighbours who use the stairs, the doors very quiet after around 22:00. Music can be played, but not too loud and rather inside than on the balcony. Rather without a techno/ strong bass kind of vibe. Also, please handle my interior with care, since I normally just live here (it’s not commercial renting), nothing is build ‘idiot-proof’. The accessories are mostly from Argentina. (with a sofa bed; changeable from 80 to 160 cm’s; mattresses are thin (7 or 14 cm). It’s fine, but not great, a grown-up shouldn’t sleep on it for weeks. Note; very steep stairs to the apartment!
