Wanted! An experienced site manager. For this client, you will be ultimately responsible for managing a brand new building. The building contains office space and ultramodern research laboratories. The building is designed with a strong focus on sustainability.

Safety & Integrity
- You are ultimately responsible for ensuring a healthy and safe working environment. In doing so, you ensure the correct implementation of the QHSE and Integrity guidelines of both;
- take care of the safety plans;
- following the correct procedures on a daily basis, including in the event of incidents;
- directing team members to obtain the right training;
- steering towards the right business behavior and communication values ('lead by example').
Financial Management
- As Site Manager you are responsible for the budget of approximately €2 million and for this you monitor the financial progress and strive for maximum profitability. Part of your responsibilities will be, among other things;
- managing cost control,
- delivering savings initiatives,
- providing input for financial planning and KPI reporting.
- Stakeholder Management & Customer Satisfaction
In this role you are responsible for overall customer satisfaction and the continuous development of the partnership with the customer. This includes;
- actively informing the customer about general progress, KPIs, SLAs, asset status, etc.;
- act as a line of communication from the team to the customer and vice versa;
- actively respond to changing needs, situations and/or problems.
People Management
- As Site Manager you have an important role in the continuous development of your team, both the employees who report directly and indirectly to you;
- Here you have responsibilities such as;
- making decisions regarding promotions, following training courses, deploying additional recruitment;
- encouraging the development of talent;
- conducting assessment and performance interviews and determining objectives;
- developing an "ownership" mentality;
- organizing team meetings.
The salary is between 8000 - 9000,- gross per month, strongly dependent on your professional background and experience.

Requirements:
* HBO/WO diploma in a technical, facility or business administration direction.
* Demonstrable technical experience and soft services management.
* A strong knowledge of contract management, operational processes, QHSE, stakeholder management and financial processes'.
* You are a natural born leader.
* Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, where you know how to find the 'right tone' depending on your conversation partner.
