Order Management & Customer Service Specialist | ENG

Are you available per direct? Do you have 2+ years of experience in Order Fulfillment, Sales Support, or Customer Service B2B, and know your way around Excel? We are looking for a temporary employee to work with our client, an international organization in the fashion industry with great company culture and values.
Please note that this role is for a few months and you will get an employment contract via Adams Recruitment.
What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll ensure an exceptional customer experience by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and sharing product information. You'll process orders, track deliveries, address complaints, and collaborate with third-party warehouses. You'll manage the order-to-cash process and work with finance on invoicing and payments.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of B2B customer service experience, sports/fashion industry is strongly preferred
- Relevant degree or experience.
- Proficient in English
- Experience with SAP, and strong user in Excel.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable.
