You will be responsible for:-Promptly addressing customer inquiries regarding standard information such as pricing, product availability, lead times, and sample requests via phone and email.-Accurately processing and managing orders, which includes providing order confirmations and handling post-order changes such as adjustments in quantities, colors, or other details.- Efficiently resolving customer complaints, ensuring timely communication and regular updates until the issue is fully resolved.-Proactively managing credit blocks, resolving concerns or escalating them to Sales or Finance when necessary.-Overseeing logistical matters, including tracking shipments, addressing delivery issues, and managing lost or damaged good

Requirements:

What do we expect from you?-Fluent in both French and English, with excellent communication skills for engaging with internal teams and external customers.-Solid background in customer service, sales strategies, and deep product knowledge.-Expertise in systems like CS, SAP, and SFDC for efficient data management and order processing.
