Technical Buyer | English & Dutch

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Buyer to manage and optimize the purchasing process. In this dynamic and varied role, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels of parts, accessories, and machines, while building strong relationships with suppliers. You will also analyze data to create accurate forecasts and work closely with various departments to ensure a seamless flow of information.
Main Tasks:

• Analyze data to set accurate forecasts and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Review and process purchase proposals, ensuring up-to-date information on orders.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide accurate information to clients.
• Suggest and implement improvements to procurement processes.
• Monitor delivery schedules, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong supplier relations.
• Actively engage with your team to think creatively and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Minimum of HBO-level education or equivalent.
• Experience with ERP systems and knowledge of production processes.
• Available to work 40 hours per week.
• Knowledge of Slim4 - Slimstock and a Nevi diploma is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently.
