Customer Service Manager | Logistics industry | Strategic Partnership

Our client is a global leader in freight and logistics, specializing in customized supply chain solutions, e-fulfillment, and air, sea, and road transportation. They are looking for an Entrepreneurial CS Manager who focuses on strategic partnership management with existing clients as well as oversees the operations with 20 FTEs in the CS department.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and development through strategic initiatives
• Implement new services and manage customer relationships in collaboration with operational teams
• Develop and maintain Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor account payments and assist with collections as needed
• Provide regular business reviews and engage with key stakeholders

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role incl. operations management
• Experience in 3PL/Logistics industry is a must
• Passion for customer satisfaction and service excellence
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented with a focus on efficiency and cost reduction
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and WMS software
• Fluency in English, Dutch is preferred

The way of working:

It is a full-time role and you are expected to come to the office near Rotterdam at least 4 days a week. They offer a parking spot if you wish to commute by car.
