Country Manager | Dutch

Our client, a dynamic and innovative company from Finland, is now expanding to the NL and is looking for their very first employee- a Country Manager to kickstart activities in this new market. Do you speak fluent Dutch and English, you are a natural networker and have experience within the automotive industry? This is an opportunity you will not want to miss.

To be considered for it, you need to have at least 2-3 years of experience within automotive sales (services or products), and genuine passion for creating new business opportunities and closing deals. The position is home office based (within the NL) and mobile around the country to meet potential clients. It will report to the Director of International Expansion based in Finland.

Main responsibilities:

• Conduct research and identify potential customers in the Dutch market
• Conduct sales outreach -  book meetings, customer visits, follow ups etc.
• Collaborate and share your insights of the market with the rest of the team
• Build and lead a local team of professionals
• Support the team in daily operations and the growth of business further

Your profile:

• 2-3 years of experience within the automotive industry or services/products for the automotive industry
• B2B Sales experience with proven track record of successful results- Preferably already having a network within the automotive industry
• Be based in the NL and have the ability to travel (mainly within the country)
• Professional fluency in both Dutch and English
• Ambitious, action-oriented and a bold personality, you are not afraid to take risks and try out new things
