Sales Recruitment Consultant

Our enthusiastic team is looking for a new addition with strong commercial skills. Your workplace will be at the Unique Den Haag office on the Laan van NOI.

 

In this role, you will have varied tasks, and no two days are the same. You enjoy reaching out to clients and prospects with the goal of securing vacancies or closing deals.

 

As a sales consultant, you will work closely with your recruitment colleagues and start each day with a brief meeting to discuss the day’s actions. Then you get to work, and your tasks will include:

 

- Maintaining contact with existing clients of the branch;

- Reaching out to both International and national prospects to generate new business;

- Visiting clients and prospects for introductions, vacancy assessments, or evaluation meetings;

- Participating in sales days with colleagues from the region.

 

Once you secure a vacancy, your recruitment colleagues will handle the sourcing and selection for the position. You will focus primarily on the market in the regions of The Hague, Rijswijk, and Delft, however the full country is open to you. Our expertise lies in office roles, covering administrative/secretarial/HR/commercial fields/Customer service/logistics.

Requirements:

Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, driven, and motivated to get started. In this role, you will develop yourself commercially. You don’t like sitting still and enjoy getting out to visit businesses. You’re a team player with a strong drive to succeed. Additionally, it’s a plus if you have:

 

- Bachelor’s level thinking and working skills;

- A good command of English, intermediate level of Dutch is necessary; non Dutch speakers will not be considered.

- Some relevant experience in a commercial environment;

- Residence in or near The Hague, or a willingness to travel to our office;

- A driver’s license to visit all clients and prospects in the region.

Salary Benefits:

- A starting salary between €2,200 and €3000 gross per month, based on full-time;

- A full-time position of 40 hours per week; 32 hours is also possible;
