Content & Project Coordinator (Maternity leave cover November 2024-June 2025)

Please note: this is a temporary position for 7 months (maternity leave cover). Depending on the situation, it could be longer.
What will you do?

  • Create and send e-mails (e-mail Marketing for events /digital newsletter distribution)
  • Keep the website up to date with the latest content e.g. events, newsletters etc.
  • CRM Documentation: Keep our CRM system up to date with all relevant information
  • Social Media & monitoring and managing of the company's LinkedIn account 
  • Content Planning and Calendar Management - Managing a content calendar to ensure consistent content delivery on LinkedIn
  • Content Creation and Editing - Write, edit, and oversee the creation of content (text, visuals, videos)
  • In addition, you will support the team with event-related tasks regarding the annual event, the company lunch and webinars as well as their educational programs.
  • You will be part of an international, team-oriented organization where collaboration is key.
  • You will be trained by the current Content & Project Coordinator onsite

Requirements:

Who are you?

  • You have a background in journalism, communications or another related field
  • You have strong communication and organizational skills
  • You have good attention to detail, are flexible and have a team player mentality with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken) - Ideally C2 level
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365. Canva, Adobe, HTML knowledge is a plus
  • This position is onsite, especially during the training period. It will be 100% onsite. At a later stage, it could be hybrid 50% WFO and 50% WFH. This needs to be discussed with the manager.
  • Before and during the event you might need to work more often at the office due to the cooperation with different departments (this will be discussed beforehand).
  • You live in Amsterdam (region)
  • You have a valid working permit for the Netherlands. Our client does not offer sponsorship.
  • It's important that you are committed until the end of the project.

Salary Benefits:

  • This is a temporary assignment for 7 months. The contract will be via Undutchables.
  • The start date will be either on the 1st or 4th of November, 2024
  • This position is full time 37.5 hours per week, however 32 - 36 hours per week can be discussed. These hours can be divided in 5 days.
  • The salary will be EUR 3.250,-- gross per month, based on full time 37.5 hours per week (excl. 8% holiday money).
  • Travel cost will be reimbursed
