The following shared features are available in the house: kitchen with dishwasher and dining table and chairs on ground floor, bathroom with shower on ground floor, washing machine and dryer on 2nd floor. WIFI is also included.

The rent is as following:

Advance payment of service charges: EUR 150
Total rent: EUR 900
Deposit: one month rent (EUR 750) which should be paid upfront.

This neighborhood is a buzzing student area With the main campus of Erasmus University located at the eastern border of the neighborhood, Kralingen is most popular with students. The area is gentrified and has both high and low-income families enjoying the local restaurants, bars, and shops. Students love this part of town, and with the city center only 15 minutes away by bike, tram or metro, accommodation prices aren’t too bad.
