For one of our clients, we are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planner to oversee the demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management for the EMEA region. This position involves collaborating with sales affiliates, production sites, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless product flow, inventory control, and lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead demand review meetings with EMEA sales affiliates to ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain weekly/monthly demand plans by balancing sales forecasts with inventory levels.
  • Manage supply chain requirements from production sites to local distribution partners in the EMEA region.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent supply shortages and minimize excess stock.
  • Analyze demand changes and their impact on the supply chain, performing scenario analysis as needed.
  • Report on key performance metrics, such as forecast accuracy and inventory targets, to management.
  • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate product lifecycle changes, ensuring supply alignment with product launch and variation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, regulatory affairs, and distribution partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably with ERP planning systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or similar data modeling tools.
  • Experience in a GMP environment and familiarity with S&OP planning processes is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
