Are you a top-notch sales professional with a background in the plastics or chemicals industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to take charge of the Benelux and UK/Ireland markets as a Sales Manager!
In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while also generating new leads. You’ll analyze sales potential, identify key prospects, and actively follow up on opportunities.
Your success will hinge on your commercial acumen, exceptional interpersonal skills, and powerful negotiation abilities. You’ll serve as the vital link between the market, headquarters, and production plants, overseeing project and product management. Beyond meeting annual objectives, you’ll collaborate with customers to foster long-term growth and manage sales budgets effectively.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll have the autonomy to manage your responsibilities while keeping all stakeholders informed about your progress and results. Your perseverance and ability to communicate effectively across various levels and cultures will be key to your success. Expect a balanced mix of office work and international travel, with a 40/60 split.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- A HBO-level education with a strong foundation in commercial environments.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills, paired with 3-4 years of international sales experience that showcases your ability to close deals.
- Fluent proficiency in Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal skills.
- The capability to juggle multiple projects at once while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- A flexible mindset—you're comfortable outside the 9-to-5 routine and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
