Description:
I am looking for someone to rent our basement, and who likes our cat and is prepared to feed it every day. (hidden)ment is like a small apartment, with open kitchen and a bed in the same large area. It has relatively high ceilings, but is very cosy, newly renovated, has floor heating and has open doors to a patio and includes a nice sitting area outside (which has stairs to a beautiful garden). There is a small kitchenette with dishwasher and microwave. There is a small private bathroom with shower. The toilette is upstairs (small stairs up) and is shared with owner. The rental includes feeding our cat during the month of October and November and February, March and April. (This rental fee includes gas, water, electricity, provided reasonal usage.) Once a week washing machine will be turned on in basement and there will be laundry drying during one day. The house is located in one of the most beautiful parts in the historic center of The Hague. 12 minutes walking distance from the Central Train Station and closely connected to buses and trams.Similar properties
