What you will do
- Guide and coach Swisscom DevOps Center HR Generalist employees and team alignment with employees of our HR service partner in all processes, administration and activities
- Experience with stakeholder's management
- Chairing the Monthly review meeting with the HR services partner
- Manage the HR ticketing system, generate reports, provide analysis
- Diagnose and identify areas of improvement and drive appropriate solutions, striking the right balance between speed and processes
- Review, update, and communicate HR policies and processes
- Implementing changes to employment conditions or staff manual considering the local labor law.
- Coordinate and carry out HR operational services in collaboration with the HR services partner and with HRBP's, like: relocation, onboarding and offboarding of employees, sick leave reporting, service travel, work from abroad, home Office equipment, benefits, future savings. employee statements, diversity reports, chargeability, mutations, expense claims
- Conduct employee feedback meetings and exit interviews
Who will be a great fit
- You are already living in the Netherlands, and have good knowledge of Dutch labor law including employment regulations
- 3+ years of experience within the HR domain in the Netherlands
- Excellent level of proficiency in English, Dutch is a plus
- High-quality document preparation and presentation skills
- Enjoys international environments and able to work in multicultural team
