What to expect at the healthcare and childcare event
The IN Amsterdam Seminar: Working in Healthcare and Childcare takes place in person at the IN Amsterdam office. Everyone who is interested is welcome, no matter your level of experience.
This session is intended to inform participants about job opportunities in healthcare and childcare, a special introduction programme for internationals that includes Dutch language training, and the options for people with and without experience in the sectors. Sign up for the seminar now!
Seminar programme
Here's a brief outline of the seminar programme:
- Introduction to the regional healthcare sector
- Introduction to the regional childcare sector
- Recognition of diplomas and BIG register
- Options for learning Dutch
- Q&A with experts
- Information about the in-depth "Orientation Programme Healthcare and Social Care" for internationals
The latter is a part-time programme that introduces the Dutch healthcare sector and network to internationals both with and without a medical background. The programme takes place in Dutch and includes different levels of Dutch language training.
This IN Amsterdam event is organised jointly with Sigra, Transferpunt Zorg (House of Skills), the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (AUAS), ROC van Amsterdam and the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport in cooperation with the Regional Work Centre RWC Groot-Amsterdam.
