The price is given for one occupant. For two persons, the price adjustment up applicable : 500 eur /monthly.

The booking made through HousingAnywhere including the first month rent. All further payments (rent, deposit,) should be paid directly to the advertiser through bank transfer / cash, as agreed. Deposit you could pay via bank transfer and be settled with the moment of check in already/by the moment of check in ,only cash. The method of deposit payment is the same to be paid to you back. The deposit including the last month rent.
