Lovely fully furnished room available in the great area of Kralingen. This room is only for international Female students of Erasmus University Rotterdam or Codarts. No couples allowed! Viewing is not possible.Your room will come with all the amenities you need, such as a closet, desk, comfortable bed, and many more. Moreover, the house itself contains a fully equipped kitchen with a big oven and dishwasher, while there is also a washing machine and dryer available for your convenience.
The house is located in a quiet, safe, and decent area. You can find restaurants and supermarkets at walking distance, while Erasmus University can be reached within five minutes of cycling. Moreover, public transport is within walking distance.
Please note that you will live together with the landlord. It is expected that you also keep the common areas tidy and clean, while no noise is appreciated. It is not allowed to have sleepovers. Pets and smoking is not allowed.
