Dr. Deepak Mittal- Managing Director & co-founder of Sonalika Group had signed off strategic investments in the Netherlands in presence of PM Netherlands-Mr. Mark Rutte & signed an MOU with Dutch counterpart (see attachment). We have already established our company by the name Solis Tractors Agriculture & Machinery B.V. and Solis Naturals BV.
Our company Solis Naturals B.V. with KVK 75863189 has been incorporated to promote wellness products such as health supplements, skin and hair care products, range of herbal products and chain of holistic wellness centers in Europe. Looking into the growth trend of the Wellness industry which represents 5.3 percent of global economic output, Solis Naturals aims to have a 360° approach to the wellness industry. This industry encapsulates both the service as well as the product part.
The service part of the company includes yoga & alternate therapy workshops/retreats. We have also conducted various Yoga & Meditation workshops in Amsterdam, The Hague & in Germany.
