Tarek Beram

Tarek is the Founder and Managing Director of Koach.net. He’s a people development expert with more than 20 years of Human Resources Management experience in large global organizations. More than half of his career has been spent as an expat in the positions of Head of HR and Group Director. Over his career, his main focus was on creating strong cultures and on developing people to reach their full potential. He is specifically passionate about how innovation and technology can make learning and development effective and enjoyable. Tarek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in International Business.
