Sinead Daly

I am an Irish therapist living in Amsterdam for the past twenty years where I specialise in Expat issues. I am an integrative therapist, which means I use interventions from various schools of psychotherapy since my vision is one size does not fit all. As well as a hypnotherapist I am also a psychotherapist, counsellor and couch. My approach is that we don't need to change, we are fine just as we are and all we need to do is remove the layers of conditioning that get in the way of being happy with ourselves.
