Reinier Wolters

Reinier practices Corporate Immigration Law and Employment Law with special attention to the international workforce and advises companies with regard to the international mobility of their personnel, staff policies, Dutch employment law compliance and work permits for non-EU staff. He assists both employers and employees negotiate employment contracts, non-competition clauses and termination of employment contracts. In his Immigration practice he specialises in permits for employment purposes, including Highly Skilled Migrant permits, Intra Company Transfers, Entrepreneurs’ visas, EU-permits and Schengen-visas and providing Immigration Compliance Protocols for employers of international workers.
